DG Flugzeugbau is one of the leading manufacturers for sailplanes and motor-gliders. After taking over Rollladen Schneider Flugzeugbau in 2003 they now represent two big brands under one roof.

Lithuanian Aviation Plant (now JSC “Sportinė Aviacija ir Ko”) was established in 1969.
